Biography
Steve Noxx

Steve Noxx (formerly known as NuSense), the twenty-four year old producer and DJ from Cardiff (Wales/UK), is unleashing his blend of twisted tough electro, techno and trance to the world.

His debut double release NuSense ‘Deep Down & Dirty’ and ‘Twisted Rose’ were snapped up by High Contrast Recordings at the end of 2006, and had worldwide support from DJs including Marco V, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk and Eddie Halliwell to name but a few. Also, Sander Van Doorn featured ’Deep Down & Dirty’ on the Dance Valley 2006 compilation CD.

Steve Noxx AKA NuSense’s remix of Gossip ‘Standing In The Way Of Control’ had strong support from Judge Jules on his Radio 1 show (played five weeks in a row and featured in Jules’ best of 2007 show!). Traffic Records releases Steve’s harder work, including his tracks NuSense ‘Neurotic Part 1’ and ’Neurotic Part 2’, and also his collaboration with Estee, ‘Jaded’. Also, NuSense ‘Sublime’ is the last track Steve will release under his NuSense alias, and is out now on Traffic Records.

His debut Steve Noxx track is called ‘100 Degrees Of Noise’, and was released in March 2008 on Steve’s own label Phase Seven Records. It includes the amazing DJ Choose remix, and is available on all major download portals. Phase Seven Records is the platform where he launched Steve Noxx, with forward thinking original tracks and remixes. Steve is also using it to release material from other talented up and coming artists, including Will Gold, Nick Callaghan, and Persequor.

In the summer of 2007 he was the resident for Tranzaction Ibiza, where he played along side DJ Choose, Lost Witness, Dr Willis, Paul Webster, Cally & Juice, Avaline, Charlie G and many more. He is currently resident for the tough electro night Phunkt (Cotton Club, Newport) and is playing for Goodgreef in Cardiff. He returned to Ibiza in 2008, where he played at the legendary Es Paradis nightclub several times and We Love To Freek at Opium.

He attempts to push the boundaries of house music, and enjoys producing innovative tracks. He is not afraid to differ from the norm, and this is exactly what makes him stand out. He has a passion for bassdriven filthy tunes, which is clear in his productions and DJ sets.

Steve has a bright future ahead of him, as he strives to make exciting new music.

"Tunes that have proved to be an indispensable part of my DJ sets over the past 18 months." Judge Jules

"Steve is a talented producer who has been able to create his own unique sound. His productions blend electro, techno and trance, always with a sharp edge to it." Dick De Groot (Be Yourself Music / High Contrast Recordings)
